June 2021 Update:

Whitney has begun to offer in-person sessions for those interested/comfortable. She has a new office space located in Westbrook, ME. She continues to also offer tele-therapy and will do so ongoing.

Hannah continues to operate via tele-therapy from her home and will do so until further notice.

March 2020 Update:

Previously located in Portland, Hannah & Whitney temporarily moved their offices home in an effort to support the safety and wellness of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the use of tele-therapy, we are able to serve the ENTIRE state of Maine!

Tele-therapy allows us to meet with you at the comfort and convenience of your home, your office or wherever you may be… so long as you are located in Maine.
